The owners have renovated it to a high standard to create a wonderful, detached home which is situated in the village of West Charleton, between the riverside town of Kingsbridge and the wide expanse of beach at Slapton Sands, on the South Devon Coast. The house itself has its own private gated driveway and a large, enclosed, level, lawned garden - very secluded and south facing. Skirting the rear of the property is a large decked area with glass balustrade, table (seats 12) and steps down to the lawn. To the front is a small pebble Mediterranean-style patio area.
