Notes: Guests enjoy the exclusive use of the indoor pool, sauna/steam room and tennis court for a minimum of one hour a day. Time of use is by mutual agreement with the owner on arrival. Iken is a reputed base of Boudicca and the marauding Iceni tribes who made good use of the commanding position on the south side of the Alde Estuary. In the 19th Century sailing barges used the river to trade corn and coal between Snape, London and the east coast ports.
