Loddon, a small village situated at the southern edge of The Broads, with a good selection of local shops and pubs, is an ideal location for a holiday. The Suffolk Heritage Coast is easily accessible as are the diverse market towns of Beccles and Bungay. Norwich the cultural centre of the county is just ten miles away. The River Chet runs through the village and daily boat hire is available. The River Chet Walk is a very pleasant walk from Loddon, running through the village, to the end of the river at Hardley Cross. As the name would suggest the property was once a village pub.
