The popular resorts of Cromer and Sheringham with Blue Flag sandy beaches are within a ½ hour’s drive, each offering shops, cafés, inns and the Poppy Line Steam Railway, which visits the pretty coastline village of Weybourne. Norfolk Broads, 7 miles, for boating. RSPB sanctuary, sailing, fishing (in season) and golf locally. Good walking from the door. Shop and pub 50 yards. Step to entrance hall. Formerly an old coach house it sits with its own pretty patio garden within the grounds of the owners' home in one of Norfolk's most picturesque coastal villages. Delicious crabs and summer end of pier shows at Cromer the lovely market towns of Holt and North Walsham and medieval Norwich city with its castle cathedral cinemas theatres restaurants and fine shopping are all within an easy drive. Wroxham the capital of the Broads where boat hire and trips are available is 8 miles. Pub 50 yards shop 100 yards.
