The property is set just one and a half miles away from the small village of Delabole which hosts a couple of pubs and a few small shops, along with all year attractions such as The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Rick Steins famous seafood restaurant at Rock all within easy reach. You can also catch the passenger ferry over the estuary to the beautiful sandy beach at Rock. The sandy surfing beaches (ideal for family holidays) of Polzeath to the west and Trebarwith Strand to the east are within ¼ mile. Accommodation overview: Lying just 400 yards from the picturesque harbour in a conservation area, this charming detached property nestles into the cliffside, and commands outstanding views over the harbour and sea beyond. During the summer months there are spectacular views of the sunset out to sea.
