Refurbished to an excellent standard, it boasts a well-equipped kitchen, three reception rooms, four bedrooms (one en-suite) and further separate bathroom and shower room, and makes an ideal holiday base for larger parties, or two families wishing to holiday together. There is the additional benefit of an enclosed, secluded garden overlooking open countryside.
The North Cornwall coast boasts a magnificent coastline with miles of rugged cliffs stretching down to mystical Tintagel, with its ruined castle on the headland and legends of King Arthur. The splendid Blue Flag beach at Widemouth Bay lies only a few miles distant, as does the seaside resort of Bude with its leisure complex, golf course, shops and restaurants. Just a few miles inland, the Tamar Lakes offer fishing, sailing and canoeing. For walkers, Bodmin Moor is also within easy reach. Shop and pub 2½ miles.
