Accommodation overview: Located within a Site of Special Scientific Interest - in the UK’s only residential spa and nature reserve - this contemporary property nestles as one of a row within 450 acres, abundant with wildlife and unspoilt countryside. Set within the private Lower Mill Estate, in the Cotswolds Water Park, visitors have free access (excluding treatments) to the estate’s complex, Artspa, which is one of the undeniable jewels in the crown of Lower Mill.
The spa has two heated 25-metre green slate-lined swimming pools (one outdoor and one indoor), and the country’s first spa eco-pool. Here the water is purified entirely by plants rather than by use of chemical treatment. Visitors are free to relax in the gardens of the spa after a session in the gym and steam room - or alternatively can enjoy a pampering session with a massage or facial treatment (please book in advance).
Other holiday activities available include boating, canoeing, nature trails, hard tennis courts, cycle tracks, in addition to a children’s play area. Historic Cirencester is 5 miles away, and a local character gastro pub lies within ½ mile, shop 5 miles.
