Located on the outskirts of the charming village of Roadwater where there is a shop and pub within walking distance, and the property is situated on the Coleridge Way. There is superb scenery and walking on the South West Coastal Path or inland on Exmoor and many other places to visit to make a memorable holiday. The Victorian villages of Lynmouth and Lynton, famous for the Watersmeet Gorge (NT), valley of the rocks and the funicular cliff railway. Looking towards Minehead, there is the promenade to enjoy a walk and an ice cream as well as having a good array of shops and other amenities.
