This stylish and classic three-storey cottage has been refurbished to a good standard and has a contemporary feel. Italian limestone floors, neutral décor and antique furnishings make it a sheer delight. Newlyn Harbour and sea front are on the door step and the pretty harbour of Mousehole just 1½ miles. Accommodation overview: With unforgettable, ever-changing harbour and bay views, this charming fisherman’s cottage nestles in the quiet lanes of Newlyn’s old artists’ colony which reflects in its collection of original local paintings and pottery. Nearby are the fishing port’s art galleries, pubs, restaurants, shops (especially for freshly caught fish) and beaches. Penzance (1 mile) is a pleasant walk along the seafront in one direction and Mousehole in the other. Visit Marazion and magical St Michael’s Mount rising from the sea like a fairytale castle.
