An adjacent converted coach house is very occasionally used by the owners. The sandy beach at Blackpool Sands is just 15 miles away, whilst picturesque Totnes (8 miles) offers town amenities including a sports centre, ancient castle ruins, art galleries and river trips to Dartmouth. For walkers, both the Dartmoor National Park and the South Devon Coastal Path are within easy touring distance.
