This property offers the best of both worlds, being a mere 10-minute walk from beautiful south coast beaches, and a 2-minute walk from open farmland and country walks. For a totally relaxing break forget the car and use the train. A walk to the station will only take 7 minutes. Spend the day in Rye, Hastings, Eastbourne, Lewes or Brighton. Have a sumptuous lunch with a glass or two of wine... it doesn’t matter, the train is taking the strain! Wander up to Little Common Village, only a five-minute walk away, where there are plenty of independent retailers with locally sourced meat, fish, groceries, freshly baked bread, and an amazing array of cheeses and homemade pastries.
