Featured as one of the doctors’ houses in Peak Practice, this makes an excellent base for visiting all the Peak District has to offer, with Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall close at hand, as well as Crich Tram Village and Hardwick Hall. The renowned show caves at Castleton are an easy drive, whilst Carsington Water for fly fishing and water sports is within 15 miles. Chesterfield with its crooked church spire is just 6 miles.
