It has its own enclosed garden overlooking the beautiful Wiltshire countryside and is less than a mile outside Malmesbury, with its Norman abbey. Ideally situated on the southern end of the Cotswolds with easy access to Castle Combe, one of the prettiest villages in England; Westonbirt Arboretum with its amazing autumnal colours; Lacock and Cirencester. Ancient monuments such as Avebury Stone Circle, Stonehenge, Silbury Hill, The White Horses and more are nearby. Walking enthusiasts can enjoy The Ridgeway Path - many miles of ancient footpaths, along with the Kennet and Avon canal path. Golfers, fishermen and gardeners all have a great deal to keep them interested in this part of England.
