Dating back to 1884, this delightful holiday cottage, the end of a row of three, nestles in the Wolds village of Huggate and affords stunning views over unspoilt fields to the duck pond. Situated on a short private no-through road off a quiet lane, peace and tranquillity are the order of the day. A perfect base for walking and cycling, the cottage is minutes away from the Wolds Way and Minster Way and the village pub with food is 500 yards up the lane. The popular market town of Pocklington with shops and supermarkets is just 7 miles away, with York and the coast 16 miles. Fishing and golf course 7 miles. Rich local bird life. Shop 3½ miles. Spacious living room with open fire with French door to verandah. Spacious dining area. Well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen with breakfast area and ceramic-tiled floor.
