The Coach House lies in the village of Fairlight in the High Weald AONB with views to the sea from shared grounds. Detached and adjacent to the owner’s old medieval hall house (dates from around 1340), it retains many original beams and features and has shared use of the owner’s swimming pool. Ideally placed for leisurely walks, and bordered by Hastings Country Park with 660 acres of dramatic headland and cliff tops, most of which is designated a Special Area of Conservation and SSSI. Well positioned for Hastings, Battle, Winchelsea, Rye and Camber Sands. Shop 50 yards, pubs ½ mile. Living room/dining room with beamed, vaulted ceilings, wooden floor and kitchen area. Two double bedrooms, each beamed and with 5ft bed; one with additional single day bed (for +1). Bathroom with shower attachment, toilet and tiled floor.
