A 4 mile drive leads to Caernarfon home to a magnificent castle and the Welsh Highland Railway for scenic journeys into the heart of the Snowdonia mountains whilst from Bangor (2 miles) bridges cross the Menai Strait to Anglesey where Beaumaris Castle the butterfly farm sea zoo and glorious sandy beaches for water sports are among the island's many attractions. And at the foot of Snowdon Llandberis (8 miles) boasts a lakeside and mountain railway as well as a slate museum and huge range of outdoor activities. Pub serving food and shop 1 mile.

"We enjoyed the holiday in Wales it was our first visit to this beautiful area. The accommodation was very modern and clean the owners are very friendly and informative about the area. We did not have far to drive to see spectacular scenery around Snowdonia villages such as Beddgelertt and Menai Suspension Bridge that joins the mainland to the Isle of Anglesey. "

"This holiday cottage was delightful and a splendid location for visiting Anglesey Snowdonia and the coastal areas of North Wales. We would highly recommend this facility.
