There are pleasant walks direct from the door, and for excellent shopping and leisure facilities – as well as racing – Newbury lies 5 miles away. Local places of interest include Donnington, Highclere Castle, and the Watermill Theatre. London, Oxford, Bath, Salisbury, Winchester and the New Forest are all within an hour’s drive. Shop 11/2 miles. Large living room with open fire, sofa-bed (for + 2) and French doors to garden. Spacious well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen/dining room with tiled floor, table football and French doors to garden. Cloakroom and toilet. First floor: Double bedroom with 5ft bed and TV. Twin bedroom (beds can form 6ft double). Bathroom with over bath shower and toilet.
