Set in a 19th-century, 350-acre country estate with its own private beach, this well-presented Grade II, holiday home, with marble mounting block outside in the courtyard, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying coastal walks. It lies in the heart of the Rousdon Estate, just ½ mile from the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and Dorset Coastal Path and 2½ miles from Lyme Regis with its splendid Cobb, harbour and beach, and many nearby attractions such as the Donkey Sanctuary, Seaton Electric Tramway and Bicton Gardens.
