It is located just 2½ miles from the bustling Georgian town of Holt, with its selection of shops, cafés, inns, restaurants and Holt Lowes, comprising 200 acres of wood and heathland. The North Norfolk Coastline is 6 miles, with its wealth of RSPB bird reserves and coastal paths, perfect for walking and cycling. Traditional seaside resorts of Sheringham, Cromer and Wells Next the Sea offer Blue Flag sandy beaches, whilst fishing and boats trips are available from Morston Quay to visit the basking seals and Nature Reserve Island. Shops 2½ miles, pub 1½ miles. Living/dining room with open fire and French door to garden. Fitted kitchen with Rayburn and electric cooker.
