This charming 19th-century holiday cottage is a cosy retreat and offers a wealth of comfort and character. In a tiny, secluded village with no through road, it is only 1¾ miles from Shakespeare’s Stratford, and an ideal starting place for walks. Courtyard Cottage is owned by well known gardening expert Stefan Buczacki and makes an excellent base for visiting Stratford, Warwick and the Cotswolds, with pretty villages, houses and gardens. Shop 1 mile, village pub with food 200 yards. Compact beamed living/dining room with wood-burning stove in large inglenook fireplace and rugs on terracotta tiled floor. Modern cosy kitchen with fitted units and quarry tiled floor. One step up to snug and library. Utility (off courtyard). First floor: Large double bedroom with rugs on original elm boarded floor and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with shower attachment, toilet and sloping ceiling.
