Designed to exacting standards and with a fabulous indoor swimming pool jacuzzi games room and gymnasium on the doorstep these two extremely comfortable adjoining properties enjoy a peaceful courtyard setting on the owners' non working farm. Footpaths cross the local farmland and the National Forest and a nature reserve is ¼ mile. Lichfield Cathedral Uttoxeter's racecourse cinema and bowling and Sudbury Hall's Museum of Childhood are all under 10 miles. Alton Towers Drayton Manor Tamworth Snodome and the Peak District National Park are within 20 miles. Shop 1 mile dining pub ½ mile.

"An absolutely gorgeous cottage so much space. Furnishings all very good quality and comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely and peaceful and our daughter loved the wandering peacocks. "It is indeed hard to know where to begin this was the best cottage holiday that I and my family have had to date. The accommodation was first rate and the hosts were fantastic. It has left such a wonderful impression with me that on my return home I booked up again for next year. "A beautiful property with a fabulous conservatory on the back. The dining table comfortably sits 8 people and there is an excellent standard of cleanliness throughout. Well maintained grounds that feel safe due to the electric gate access and a huge swimming pool with plenty of pool toys available for the kids. There is only one other cottage on site so the pool is very private and uncrowded. If a group of friends/family rent the two cottages then you'll have the whole place to yourself. The owners are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them - we really enjoyed our stay there and will be recommending it to all our friends and family."

"Amazing holiday location for ALL walks of life something for everyone. Set in beautiful countryside surroundings wildlife on your doorstep and that's just the owner’s flock. Peacocks to greet you in the morning one big one little horse in the fields adjacent to the property. Cat’s dog’s games room swimming pool and spa. Fantastic local pubs to dine out and delicious produce from the local villages Noxell and the Marina are a MUST to visit."
