A lovely holiday home ideal for families, friends or a romantic break, and is the perfect base to visit the many attractions in the area. You will be close to Instow with its sand dune beach and amazing sunsets, along with the 3 miles of surfing beach and world famous Links Golf Course at Westward Ho! The fishing village of Appledore, with its many pubs and restaurants is also nearby. Take a walk along the river bank through the park to Bideford town and enjoy a meal out at one of the many pubs and restaurants. Alternatively stroll to the nearby licensed Riversford Hotel or Yeoldon House which are open to non-residents and serve good food and delicious cream teas. After a long day exploring, relax and enjoy a BBQ on the decking overlooking the popular Tarka Trail or take a long leisurely soak in the spa bath. Whatever you choose, this is an excellent holiday location. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double four-poster bedroom with en-suite bathroom with spa bath and WC which is accessed via a galleried staircase, and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor.
